Who can use Ypath

Ypath accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm you are the parent or guardian of any teen profile you add, or otherwise authorized to create a profile on their behalf.

What Ypath is

Ypath provides a career-interest quiz, career path matches, and information about Ontario (and select out-of-province) post-secondary schools, programs, scholarships, and financial aid (including OSAP-related information). See the Disclaimer page for important limits on how to use this information — it is not professional or financial advice.

Payment and access

• Ypath is a one-time, per-school-year purchase per profile. The first unlocked profile in a household is priced at $9.99 CAD; each additional profile in the same household and school year is $4.99 CAD.
• Purchases unlock the full report (school shortlist, cost/aid detail, comparison tools) for that profile for the current school year. There is no auto-renewal — a new purchase is required each school year.
• Refunds: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact [CONTACT EMAIL] to request one.

Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep school, scholarship, and OSAP-related information current, but this information changes and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details directly with the school, OSAP, or scholarship provider before making decisions.

Account responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't attempt to access other households' data or misuse the admin/testing features of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service (e.g., attempting unauthorized access, abuse of the platform). You may close your account at any time by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL].

Limitation of liability

Ypath is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, we are not liable for decisions made based on quiz results, school/scholarship/OSAP information, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
